爸爸媽媽

爸爸 and 媽媽were here for a week, and they left yesterday. I loved having them here, they love me so much~ this week has been very...FULL. hahaha, mama cooked nonstop and it was all my favorite foods! i felt like cutting open my stomach after every meal. yixuan and i were like "we never learn! we over eat EACH meal!!!" mama preached a total of 4.5 times, oh my goodness, i love her. she is amazing, and i'm not just saying that because she is my mommy...i've gotta be better than her in the future! 她太厲害了~ and i spent much more time with my dad this trip, which was surprising, cause before they got here, i actually thought i'd spend every moment talking to my mom...but instead i spent more time talking with my dad! which was a nice change, we had to go out together every day, so we spent a lot of time talking on the car. it reminded me of when i was little and he'd take me out once a month for breakfast as a father-daughter time. and it was always my favorite day! and because it was when my parents first got out of seminary, we didn't have a lot of money, so he'd take me to mcdonalds each month for our father-daughter date. ahhhh, 爸爸好愛我哦～ so it was really nice to have that time again, cause the last time we did a father-daughter breakfast was senior year of highschool...(哇，寫到這個都要哭了)

anyways, having them not here is rather nice too, haha, i forgot what it's like to have someone nag at me about homework and sleep time...mama was so worried about my school work, cause she felt like they were holding me back, and i was like "this is probably the most work i've done all semester..." then yesterday she said something to me that she was telling me dad, "this child has never liked studying/school/reading, but yet she got into UHS and graduated from UHS...and now she's gonna graduate in 3 years...God is so humorous...." hahaha. i love my parents and i'm glad they came, i feel like i "showed off" my parents :D
